Discord (fastest)

Our Discord server is the quickest way to get help. Ask there for help with the game or your account, and the team or experienced players will answer.

What to include

• Your account name and the name of the character concerned. Never send your password; the team will never ask for it.
• A short description of the problem and when it happened (with your time zone).
• Screenshots or error messages, if you have them.

Before you write

Many common questions are already answered in the FAQ and the guides. If you forgot your password, you can reset it yourself on the password recovery page.
