Using the Player Portal
This website is more than a news page: once you log in with your game account, you can manage your characters directly from your browser. This guide explains every tool on the characters page, what it costs and what to watch out for.
Before you start: log out of the game
Every character tool on this website changes your saved character data. While your account is logged in, the game server holds your characters in memory and saves them back regularly, which would overwrite the change. That's why the portal refuses to make changes while your account is online, even if you are only on the character selection screen. Log out completely, wait a moment, then use the tool.
Logging in
Use the login panel at the top of every page with the same account name and password you use in the game. If you don't have an account yet, register here. Forgot your password? Use the password recovery page and we'll email you a reset link.
Character tools
After logging in, open Characters from the account panel. Each of your characters is listed with its level, resets and stats, together with these actions:
Reset
Resets your character to a low level in exchange for bonus stat points. The requirements, the cost and the points you receive are explained in detail in the reset guide. The Zen is taken from the character's inventory, not from the vault.
Add stat points
Distributes free level-up points to strength, agility, vitality, energy and (for Dark Lords) command. This is handy after a reset, when you have thousands of points to spend. Each stat has a maximum value, and the portal tells you if you try to go over it.
Reset stats
Sets the stats you have distributed back to the starting values of your class and returns all of the points, so you can rebuild your character from scratch. Costs 1,000,000 Zen. Useful if you want to change your build, for example from an agility elf to an energy support elf.
Reset master skills
Removes every master skill you have learned and refunds the master points you spent on them. Costs 50,000,000 Zen. Your master level itself is not changed.
PK clear
Killing other players outside of duels and events gives you a player-killer status, which shows your name in red, stops town guards from protecting you and makes you drop items more easily when you die. The PK clear removes that status for 1,000,000 Zen.
Account settings
On the Account page you can change your password. Use a password you don't use anywhere else, and never share it with other players. Our team will never ask for your password.
Rankings and server status
Without logging in, you can follow the rankings for the strongest characters, the top player killers, the best guilds and the players who are online right now, including the map they are on. The sidebar shows the live server status and the current leaders.
Troubleshooting
- "Disconnect from your account!": the account is still logged in on the game server. Close the game and try again after a few seconds.
- "You don't have enough zen": the Zen must be in the inventory of the character you are using the tool on.
- "Couldn't reach the server": the game server is restarting or under maintenance. Try again in a few minutes and check Discord for announcements.
